Privacy Policy
The short version
- We collect what you choose to send us, like your name and project details, so we can answer you.
- Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default, and you can opt out at any time.
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information at any time.
This policy explains what information Unique Cabinets & More LLC (“we” or “us”) collects through uniquecabinetsandmore.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email sales@uniquecabinetsandmore.com or call 248-313-9951.
Information you send us
When you fill out the form on our Contact page, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you give it (it’s optional)
- The city where your project is located
- The project type, if you choose one
- Your message
The builder and contractor form on our Contractors page asks for the same things, plus your company name if you want to include it. On that form a phone number is required, since builders get a call back. We also receive whatever you share when you call or email us, or visit the showroom.
Please don’t include sensitive details in a message, such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information. We never need them through the website.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our website host, Netlify, processes the technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time.
- Google Analytics. Shows us which pages people view, how they found our site, how long they stay, their general location (estimated from their IP address), and their browser and device type. We use it to see what’s useful and improve the site.
- Google Ads. Tells us when a visit that came from one of our ads ends in someone sending us a project form, so we can see which ads are worth running. Google may also use cookies to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Meta Pixel. Tells Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, which pages you viewed, along with your IP address, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. Meta may connect this to a Facebook or Instagram account you have. We use it to measure whether our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Google Maps. The map on our Contact page comes from Google. When that page loads, Google may receive your IP address and browser information and may set cookies under its own policy. Our address and directions links are also written out on every page, so you never need the map.
We don’t send the contents of our forms (such as your name, email, phone, or message) to Google or Meta.

Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default, and you can opt out at any time using the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of any page. This is everything our site uses:

Opting out. Use the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of any page and choose Opt out. (That link appears once analytics or advertising is switched on for the site.) When you opt out, we delete the analytics and advertising cookies this site set and stop loading those tools on your visits. You can turn them back on from the same link.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab), and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and respond to your inquiry
- To prepare quotes and schedule measuring visits and design consultations
- To supply and install what you buy from us, and to handle warranty questions
- To see how the website is used and improve it, unless you opt out of analytics
- To measure and improve our advertising, unless you opt out of advertising cookies
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run the website and business, such as our website host, Netlify (which also receives and stores form submissions), and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Google and Meta, as described above, unless you opt out.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- If the business is sold or reorganized, in which case customer information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this policy.
Calls, emails, and opting out
If you send us a form, we may contact you by phone or email about your project, as the form explains. We don’t send text messages, which is why we encourage email. You can stop us contacting you at any time:
- Email: reply “unsubscribe,” or email sales@uniquecabinetsandmore.com.
- Calls: tell us during a call, or call 248-313-9951.
If you have a project underway with us, we may still need to contact you about scheduling, installation, or warranty service.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 60 days. That includes form submissions stored with our website host and the emails they create.
If you become a customer, we keep your project information as long as we need it to complete your project, handle warranty questions, and keep the business records the law requires.
If we turn on Google Analytics, it will be set to keep data for 2 months, the shortest setting Google offers.
Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
To make a request, email sales@uniquecabinetsandmore.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or call 248-313-9951. To protect you, we’ll confirm the request is really from you, usually by replying to the email address or phone number we have on file. We’ll respond within 60 days. We won’t charge you or treat you differently for asking.
We may need to keep some records when the law requires it, such as records of a completed sale or a warranty, and we’ll tell you if that applies.
Keeping it safe
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive financial or identity information through the form.
Children
This website is for adults planning home and business projects. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Maps, and Apple Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for how they handle information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page, and if a change significantly affects how we use your information, we’ll post a notice on the site.
